A system and application of a follow-up regiment, which aims to unify the supervision and control of the recruitment operations during the journey of the holy sites, in order to control the control process for adherence to the timetables and the exit of the regiments at the approved time, and to provide a comprehensive and documented description of the exit of the regiments according to their timetables. The objectives of the application are based on the following: -• Raising the operational efficiency of the system and ensuring adherence to the dates of dispatch to the holy sites (Minas shrine).• Follow up the performance of the service centers promotional operations according to the approved schedules.• Activating the control dimension of the promotional and crowd management works and linking them to the control operations of the transportation work.• Creating a technical environment capable of integration and linkage with systems, applications and databases that serve marketing operations• Designing and building a matrix of tasks and roles for follow-up and control of promotional operations.
